This Privacy Policy explains how Bind Networks (“Bind,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with this website (the “Site”). It applies to the Site only. We are currently operating in stealth and this Site is informational; it does not provide a product or account service.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. If you email us or otherwise contact us, we receive your email address, name, and the contents of your message. If you use our contact form, we receive the details you enter in the form, together with the page you submitted it from and the time. The form is provided by HubSpot, which stores your submission for us; we use it to respond to your request, and contact you for marketing only if you agreed to it.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers may automatically log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages viewed.
- Cookies. We use only essential cookies and, if you accept them, analytics and marketing cookies. When you first visit the Site, a banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies; your choice is itself stored in a small cookie so we don’t ask again. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings, and you can also control cookies through your browser settings.
- Google Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, such as which pages are visited and how visitors arrive at the Site. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and receives technical data about your visit; it does not receive anything you type into our forms. If you decline, Google Analytics is never loaded.
